When you say "cause a war," a war with who? Or define your definition of "war." Terrorist attacks? Probably, but, then, they are pretty much a daily occurrence now, and can be provoked by nothing more than the rising of the sun.

All out WAR? As in Nation against Nation? As in World War?

And, still yet, keep in mind, all of this will change in a few days when Trump takes Office............IF he keeps his word/promise to restore the full support of the US behind Israel.

Anyway, each has their own thoughts about such things...........I simply do not equate the vote in the UN to the destruction of Israel as prophesied of in Scripture.

I urge you to rethink and look at the areas newspapers. I think you will find that Israel is at least on the outside is affected by these resolutions. It is my opinion that it will cause a war, which one, I do not know but it looks to increase exponentially the Anti-semetic feelings for Israel for sure.

Hi p_rehbein...it has been a day or two.

first everything I say here is completely conjecture on my part. I do not claim to be a prophet in any form or fashion. Are you familiar with the prophecies of the Bible that are considered ready to be filled?

The UN Vote and non-vote by the US (should have been a Veto) put in place a resolution requiring Israel to stop all settlement building in land of the West Bank and agree to a Two State Peace Solution. This land they won in a war ( a war that was started by their neighbors in 1967. Israel will not give this land back). Even when Trump becomes President, and he does vow to help Israel, it will not matter if I am right.

First of all, he cannot backtrack that resolution at the UN even if it could be re-introduced. Why because of Russia and China. They would both veto such a resolution.

Second, During the time from now to January 20, the UN is likely going to try an put through another resolution that will further hand-tie and make Israel stand against the World, all in the name of peace and a two State solution. Here, there is a fifty-fifty chance Obama would again place a non-vote thus sealing Israeli immediate future.

You ask about the wars, well it is not simple but everything is in place and ready to go....It just needs a primer and someone to pull the trigger. Look at who it was that pushing the UN Resolution.... Palestinians (Tents of Edom). Hamas in Gaza has how many missiles,,,, enough to fire about over 500 per day for a month! Hezbollah another terrorist group is in Lebanon also with missiles. Syria is on the Northern flank( captured Golan Heights) with ISIS increasing on the Southern border of the Sinai. And then there is Jordan, the weakest of all border Nations militarily, but possesses about three to four different groups of ancient Arabs that hate Israel. Egypt has a treaty with Israel but if they lose control to the Brotherhood or they see an easy opportunity the treaty could mean nothing.

Having set all the players in place, the reason for a war(s) would be that Israel refuses to comply with the UN resolution (it is very apparent they will not comply) and the member nations (really the World except for USA if Trump becomes Pres.) are against her. The Border states would take this as a 'Don't Stop at Go' moment for taking matter into their own hands. Thus, any type movement in this region by any member toward Israel could very well trigger a War... Of course, Iran also could provoke a war by herself, if they are seen getting ready to drop the big one (the Bible does not tells us that Iran is in any of the other wars except the Ezekiel 38-39 prophecy).

However, once it starts, the main prophecies that are primarily looked as those that could happen at any time could be set off and consequently be fulfilled.

*The Elam event (where the people of Elam are dispersed throughout the world.) What ever happens, the Bible tells that the Israeli IDF is responsible. There is one nuclear reactor producing Bomb making material. There is another reactor being built via a Russian/Iranian covenant at this time. Look at the map on where this reactor is at....It is across the Strait to SA and Kuwait. The prevailing winds would bring the radiation to this area (their main water supply). The main part of Iran would be protected by the mountain range on the east side of Elam.

*The destruction of Damascus is foretold by the Bible. It will be overnight reduced to a smoking heap. When this happens it is apparent that there will be a large amount of destruction in the northern part is Israel.

*The Big one is the Psalm 83 prophecy... All border states around Israel.....are against Her.

I do believe we are living in a time where prophecy is close to becoming fulfilled right before our eyes.
