I'm vegetarian but I can't stand most of the 'plant-based' supermarket foods they make.
Most of it is full of horrible stuff I try to avoid like rehydrated soya protein, palm oil & sugar.
Some sugar is ok in my diet but I don't need it in my main courses.

I don't eat meat because I don't like it. Not because I think it's healthier or morally correct.
A vegan diet is just too restrictive on protien. I like my eggs, cheese, yoghurt & milk.

no one NEEDS meat u dont even NEED much food to live and if it helps people lose weight and it saves animals whats the harm
Because it's fine by God. And for good reason. Everyone needs protein and meat is a great source. Animals don't need saving, they have not sinned.

Eat whatever you want. It's none of your business what other people eat.
