That is alright as they will believe whatever they want no matter what comes out of it since it is done and over.
I mentioned twice on here how there was a couple of video evidence of the shooting, and the final shots. Yet after the ruling was made and McCulloch was asked about the video evidence in the press conference immediately after the ruling, he said there was no video evidence only audio...........My question still stands by that remark he made, where did the video evidence go ???

I cant believe we are still going back and forth.....one of the biggest racists on the planet (Holder) has found that there is no evidence to pursue a case against Officer Wilson....if there as an inkling of evidence that Officer Wilson was in the wrong you will not convince me that Holder would not have gone after him and made an example of him.....The cop acted within his legal rights as an officer of the law...period...said and done...case closed!

The Department of Justice (not the department of phil), which is ultimately headed by President Obama and Eric Holder who is the Attorney General, put 2 + 2 together in their report titled 'DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE REPORT REGARDING THE CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION INTO THE SHOOTING DEATH OF MICHAEL BROWN BY FERGUSON, MISSOURI POLICE OFFICER DARREN WILSON' dated March 4, 2015 in which ex-officer Darren Wilson was completely exonerated and the defense witnesses shown to be lying.

Firstly, you ignore the criminal investigation and believe everything the defense witnesses (e.g. and most of them had criminal records) assert even though the actual criminal investigation showed they were lying.

Not so interesting and no need to "burn this b***h down" as Michael Brown's "parents" agitated for with liberal F word usage.

If Michael Brown's parents had been moral people and raised a moral, responsible, law-abiding adult (instead of a criminal thug): their son would still be a alive (and probably paying taxes too).

The DOJ criminal investigation addressed every known video. Only one video was alleged to be of the event (see witness 115), and that person initially lied. Note:

"However, after federal prosecutors played Witness 115’s own cell phone video back to him, he acknowledged that on the video, recorded right after Brown died, he narrated, “Dude was all up in his car; dude was punching on him,” and that 'dude' was Brown. Witness 115 explained that his initial impression was that Brown was punching Wilson because Brown was on the outside, standing on the street, and appeared to have the upper hand." -page 40

The video itself collaborated Officer Wilson's testimony.

Additionally, an audio recording of gunshots was identified. The DOJ reports states on pages 24-25:

"Witness 136 was in his apartment using a video chat application on his mobile phone when the shooting occurred. According to Witness 136, he heard “maybe three” gunshots followed by a five to six second pause. After those first gunshots, Witness 136 recorded the remainder of his chat and turned it over to the FBI. The recording is about 12 seconds long and captured a total of 10 gunshots. The gunshots begin after the first four seconds. The recording then captured six gunshots in two seconds. There was a three second pause, followed by a seventh gunshot. There was a quick pause of less than one second before the final three-shot volley within two seconds. The recording was not time-stamped. As detailed below, this recording is consistent with several credible witness accounts as well as Wilson’s account, that he fired several volleys of shots, briefly pausing between each one."

All other videos were taken in the AFTERMATH of Brown's death and the DOJ concluded they supported Officer Wilson's account despite the spurious and widely circulated by the media comments of non-witnesses taking those videos in the AFTERMATH of Brown's death which included chants of "kill the police."

Ill get to your argument's a little bit later. I don't have time to read all of this right now as it is about as long as the bible. i have alot of work to do 2 projects, 2 tests tos tudy for and more. But I will have an answer for you after I read more facts from the case in the link you posted. I will also try to search again for the articles about the FACTs of the case I posted about. If I can't find them you'll just have to trust that I read them. I can't find the Yahoo news article about Darren Wilson's key eyewitness (supporting self defense) being found out to be a liar and the other article about why the prosecutor did a poor job in the case, but hopefully when I look again I'll find it. I'm going to look for the article about why the prosecutor did a poor job and post it if I can find it. I dont think Ill ever be able to find the Yahoo News article.

ntersting how he had to shoot over 16 shots to defend himself from an unarmed suspect. Sounds fishy to me. But ehh. Ill just have to read the link you posted before I go on. But Officer wilson's story is very fishy

Brown and Witness 101 proceeded to the exit and the clerk, who is about 5’6” and 150 lbs, attempted to stop them. The clerk first tried to hold the store door closed to prevent Brown’s exit. However, Brown shoved the clerk aside, and as Witness 101 walked out the door, Brown menacingly re-approached the clerk. "As a result, an FPD dispatch call went out over the police radio for a “stealing in progress.” The dispatch recordings and Wilson’s radio transmissions establish that Wilson was aware of the theft and had a description of the suspects as he encountered Brown and Witness 101."
