Did you see this?

Cruz, Kasich campaign announce collaboration to deny Trump delegates | Fox News

I'm rather appalled at this move. I've been a Cruz supporter, but now I'm hoping The Donald wins the nomination.

Here are some of my initial thoughts:

1. If Kasich was so worried about Donald winning the nomination, why didn't he drop out months ago when it was clear he couldn't win and was only impeding Cruz's efforts?

2. Cruz has continually played the "oursider" card, and it now appears that he is yet another pawn of the establishment.

3. There is no valor in politics. I guess I always knew that, but somehow I was hoping for more with Cruz. I guess "Lyin' Ted" isn't all that inaccurate.

I'm hoping they all three lose....

Here are some of my initial thoughts:

1. If Kasich was so worried about Donald winning the nomination, why didn't he drop out months ago when it was clear he couldn't win and was only impeding Cruz's efforts?

That would have actually been doing something good for the Repubs......and he dreamed of Victory!

2. Cruz has continually played the "oursider" card, and it now appears that he is yet another pawn of the establishment.

As has Trump, right? Trump is no more of an outsider than Cruz, and he is filling his Staff with Carer Political Insider Power Players......and is learning the "Dance of the Pawns."

3. There is no valor in politics. I guess I always knew that, but somehow I was hoping for more with Cruz. I guess "Lyin' Ted" isn't all that inaccurate.
There is no Honesty, Integrity or Truth in Politics either, and Cruz and Trump both qualify to have that "Lyin'" tag in front of their names.....

Trump is not joining alliances with other delegates to win. He is the only nationalist. That is the focus for those who can see.........................

actually carson has practically admitted that trump bribed him...
I'd rather have a leader who bribes highly intelligent people to be in his cabinet than a leader who takes bribes from unions and large corporations in exchange for getting laws struck down that might put a damper on their business.

Too, too funny............you really need to educate yourself on all Trump is doing.......He has stocked his staff/inner power people to do EXACTLY what you say he isn't doing.

As for being a Nationalist..........so what?

That and $4.00 will get ya a cup of coffee at Starbucks

Honestly, this disappointed me as well. But nothing is sacred in politics and honestly, after re-listening to the radio shows that introduced me to the Ted Cruz candidacy (they are also very close to Ted, going around campaigning for him and stuff), it's occurred to me that they really don't want a whole lot to change. That was disappointing in and of itself.

However, that doesn't mean I have rose-colored classes for Trump either. If Trump wins, and it is looking like he will, it won't be much different from either of the democratic party's candidates. I only hope and pray that there is a third party candidate that I can vote for with a clean conscience. If not, then I'll find someone to write in and Trump or Hillary will win, ya'll deserve it anyway. Perfect for each other.
