Cool! I like the smoke ring.
As to the rest, I'm not worried. All occurs according to God's plan before the foundations of this Earth were established.
I'm here for the ride and gone in the blink of an eye just as quick.

Go with God. :)

Funny. I'm thinking the smoke ring was unintentional and a nice distraction from the reality of just how tenuous the world situation is right now.

Maybe they just figured it would be fun to see how many people took a common smoke ring after such a launch as something more than a smoke ring that appears after a launch.

I don't understand what the smoke ring has to do with sending a message unless this is some sort of....

I think it's more one of saber rattling.

ICBM tests aren't super frequent.... since well, you kind of have to tell anyone who could strike back that you're not launching at them. So yeah, it was probably an interesting phone call.

I bet.
"Hi, Kremlin? Pay no attention to that smoke ring on your right."
