That and most Trump supporters do not think he is racist and believe America either fundamentally anti-racist or has sufficiently atoned for it's applied racism.

Really, none of them are upset by the question. They are not racist either, at least in the way the term has been classically defined.

No one has answered the OPs question. My interpretation of why they haven't is that it is an uncomfortable question for the trumpies on this site. They have a feeling he is, and they know that racism is unGodly. So, if the trumpies say he is, they are saying in a roundabout way that they are ok with an openly (and proudly????) racist POTUS.

We have to take the good with the bad in a POTUS, just like we do in all of our human relationships. And, personally, I think more of us are more racist than we are willing to admit.

I am not a trumpie and I think he is quite racist. Higher on the racist scale than I am. (I think we are all racist to some degree - 1% to 100%.)

Quote -(I think we are all racist to some degree - 1% to 100%.)

Well, there's your problem right there.

Possibly. There is a trend in the modern left to add a sin dynamic to their political causes.

Quench sexism by admitting you are a sexist. Quench homophobia by admitting your a homophobe. Quench racism by admitting you are a racist.

The soteriological component is the scarier part.

By this I mean that people who are really not racist are identifying themselves as racist to sanctify themselves according to the dictates of their social religion.

This is a little silly when Jesus, himself, told us to see all these things in ourselves. So now, we have an ulterior self-redeeming motive for admitting introspective awareness?

It's silly, but that's modern liberalism for you.

Hummm. I'll call a n----r, a n----r, right out loud (I happen to think it is PC stupid that we have to use "code words" here and in certain situations....... when we all know what is meant.), whether the person acting like a fool is Black or White (The White ones get called "Rednecks," BTW.) What's that make me in this revolutionary analysis of yours? LOL

Again, what I am discussing isn't my point of view by any means.

It's safe to assume that mere use of the term makes you a racist because it is racially exclusive and may hurt somebody's feelings even when used to identify a black man behaving badly.

Donald Trump is many things, some of them questionable but I don't believe that he's a racist.
I look at all these buzzwords (racist, bigot, ect) as merely being used because the person using them doesnt have an argument.

If Donald Trump was really doing things that made him a racist, and someone was pointing it out, then great. Thank you for opening our eyes. But if you are just going around calling him a racist with nothing to back it up, then you are just a dishonest mudslinger. And thats pretty much how Ive come to view the left in the US : p
Donald Trump didn't sound like a racist on the Hannity show on Fox News the other day.

All of these either deliberately state or strongly imply Donald Trump is not a racist.

I failed to quote myself too. A pity. Either way that's four people grappling with the question and deciding he isn't a racist.

You and Hillary seem to be telling us that if we question the integrity of a black person, we are racist.

I wonder if it is racist to identify the fact that on average Asians have better credit-ratings and grades than whites.

Those are two different forms of hate. They're respectively called educationism and financialism.

I'm a victim. As a Jew I'm often mistaken for a standard cracker and treated as such. Unbelievably frustrating.

Blonde hair and blue eyed too. So of course everyone assumes I'm related to the people who tried to kill my extended family off in the 1940's.

The world's a buncha schmucks.

I've never seen any evidence that he's racist.
