Nebraska school says don’t call students boys or girls to be ‘gender inclusive’

You can call them..purple penguins though.

Guideline 2... Don't use phrases such as ”boys & girls," ”you guys,” ”ladies and gentlemen, " and similarly genderedexpressions to get kids’ attention. Instead say things like ”calling all readers," or ”hey campers" or"could all of the athletes come here." Create classroom names and then ask all of the ”purplepenguins" to meet at the rug.

Oh Political Correctness, how I enjoy pointing out its obvious Reality Incorrectness.

This one is particularly absurd. Note the reasoning for gender inclusion is by using exclusion of any mention of gender.

Lol this was my original thought too, but then again perhaps this is not political correctness. Note the use of the epithet of "purple penguins." If they were striving for political correctness perhaps instead they would say Penguins of Color.

What of the full spectrum penguins? A single color seems so exclusive.

the saddest thing about all this nonsense is over the last 20 years we have allowed these things to happen. too much complacency on our part.

watching what is happening to our children, our world,
and realizing that this world is indeed infatuated with deceit
instead of Holiness, is grievous almost beyond expression.
