Not the way I would put it, but I think his idea is consistent with what the New Testament teaches.

Well I have a pastor friend that says get them saved then send them on home to Jesus. He believes in capitol punishment.

I see CNN is up to their old leftist propaganda. Lightening the skin tone of the shooter to make him look more "white" and less radical Islamisofascist.

I posted a while back about relationships going bad and people breaking off to never speak again.. only to meet again in Heaven if both parties are saved. I kinda wonder how that would work in situations where a person loses a loved one. If the person meets the guilty party in the afterlife. I know we leave everything here on Earth, but it seems kinda odd basically "Hey, I know you killed my (insert loved one's role here). And (insert loved one's name here) is not up here with me. But I forgive you". It's sad because there are going to be plenty of people that will have to live forever without their loved ones, all because of senseless acts.

O Mighty God - our hearts are hurting for those whose lives were lost too soon and their loved ones. O Mighty God - I have a crippling illness which is so hard to understand, and yet other people are healthy, then out of nowhere someone thinks they have the right to kill people who could otherwise live long meaningful lives in You. I'm a person who is weak with illness needing other people to take care of her, yet many people use the strength You have given them to harm rather than to help. Please heal the hurting and please heal me and anyone on here reading this prayer. Heal us in our body, mind, soul, and spirit. Thank you, God, and we praise You for we are Yours! In Jesus Holy Name, Amen
