Let me ask you a question. When the video started, what was happening the first few seconds?

Now let me ask by the evidence we have what did he do illegal when dispatch was called?
You have Arbery in the first few seconds running down the road towards the two men.

There's some new videos that indicate where Arbery might have been running out of that are surfacing also by the way.

Either way you want to dice it though, it is not illegal to ask a random person on the street anything you want to ask. It is illegal to physically assault someone like Arbery did. That's all there is to it.

Apparently the laws are different in Georgia than it is here in Kentucky. Anyone that pulls a gun on someone jogging down the street is going to jail whether they kill the person or not. Well, maybe its not a whole lot different. Sounds like they got the good ole boy justice down there too. Good ole boys (members of law enforcement, and judges, or in this case retired members) can do whatever they want to legal or not. They don't think they are subject to the Law.

The judge in this case was a total idiot. The video plainly shows a guy jogging down the street and then being ambushed by two idiots in a truck with guns.

I guess you think he probably should've just keep running too. Surely those two dummies in the 4x4 with guns couldn't have just as easily run him down....
No the judge ruled the only way he can rule based on the evidence, that Arbery physically assaulted the two men, and so with more than enough reasonable cause, they had to defend themselves.

Pulling a gun is way different than shooting someone. Stalking is a premeditated action. Practically everyone owns a gun down here. This isnt normal for our state. We mostly deal with gang violence.

Nah...That's what you call Good Ole Boy justice there. They started the whole thing standing by their truck holding shot guns trying to illegally detain someone for jogging down the street ....and then a man lost his life. That's called murder. And that's the charge that should have been brought up.

No, that's what you call truth.

It's not illegal to own guns, it's not illegal to ask people questions. You're assuming the lie that he was just jogging down the street. It's illegal to physically assault someone. If you attack someone for asking you a question, and try to take their gun, and they shoot you, that's called your blood is upon your own head.

You have 1 man driving behind him videotaping. Now also in jail. And you see the 2 men truck blocking the way to stop Arbery.

A premeditated action. That is enough in itself to put me on edge.

The new videos are not new just newly released. All they show is him checking out a house being built. And then he runs out the home while a man across the street was pointing at him and calling dispatch.

Evidence shows he didn't steal anything. And it wasn't illegal to run. Or check the house out like many Americans do. Now if there was a sign saying no trespassing then yes but as far as we know there was none.

So by the evidence he was a innocent man running.

It is illegal to premeditate something to block him and as they claimed to do a citizen's arrest. Which by all evidence wasn't legal to do.

He had every right to defend himself.

I get you. We all own guns in KY too. That's where they got the concept of KY windage in the military. I own a gun too, but if I take it out in the street and try to detain someone walking or jogging down the street with it then you can be sure I'm heading for jail. It's called threatening or assault with a deadly weapon here.

There is a man that looks quite like Arbery that was getting into houses, even right before this video as new video shows.

It's not illegal for the citizen to care about their community.

It's not illegal to own a gun.

It's not illegal to question black people.

It is illegal to physically assault someone.

This is one of the most clear cut open and shut cases ever of self defense.

Oh yeah for sure. I just meant you have to see a crime being committed to pull a weapon or in self defense.

For citizens arrest that is one key element. You have to physically see a crime being committed.

Since when did breaking into houses elicit the death penalty. Especially if the person had never even been found guilty of the crime.

Yeah, that's the thing. The Mcmichael's did not witness any crimes being committed so what they done was totally illegal.

The trespass and possible breaking and entering didn't elicit the death penalty. Arbery running out of the house that is not his elicited the men to ask him a question. Assaulting the men then and trying to take their guns is how he elicited his own death upon himself.

This alone assumes guilt with no evidence.

It's not illegal for the citizen to care about their community.
Your right but it is illegal to stalk and kill a innocent man based on assumed guilt.

It's not illegal to own a gun.
It is if you have been prison. But besides that yes the 2nd amendment supports that. I own 5.

It's not illegal to question black people.
Never said it was. But why stalk and holding 2 guns out when your not the law or have evidence?

It is illegal to physically assault someone.
Not in self defense

I agree this is a closed case as Arbury acted in self defense.

They did not stalk and kill an innocent man, lol but oh how dramatic that lie sounds.

But in the good old mundane truth they defended themselves from a violent thug physically assaulting them.

Oh...whatever....I really can't believe someone could form an opinion like this, but whatever, hopefully you nor any of your family members ever get in a situation where you are confronted by two gun toting idiots who have a blood lust or power lust whatever their problem was.

They could just have easily called the cops and none of that would have happened, but no these men wanted to play cops and robbers and needed guns because obviously they were cowards. They outnumbered the man two or three to one...So what was the need for the guns...just saying...

It's not an opinion. Sadly, I can believe that many people are unjust and love lies even when the truth is like right there for anyone to see.

Well personally I have had a gun put in my face before, so sorry to get your hopes up.

Arbery could have easily called the cops, but no he didn't, he decided to physically assault the men and incur his own death. As the Bible says, his blood is upon his own head.

That's 100% correct!

You violently beat a man's face and try to take his weapon?

Death Sentence!

Your complete response is biased liberal fake news in my opinion.

Prove it with evidence not your opinion. The evidence isn't on their side.

Intention matters. Motives matters. As of now with the evidence I believe they truly thought a crime had been committed. But the evidence played against them. I dont believe a death sentence is necessary but definitely time behind bars. They still killed a innocent man.

That's exactly what took place, I agree 100%!
