Outrage after Auschwitz installs showers to ‘cool down’ visitors

The proprietors of the Auschwitz concentration camp have found themselves in hot water after installing showers in the former Nazi extermination camp in a bid to “cool down” visitors to the onetime slaughterhouse, which is now a museum commemorating the Holocaust.

Mist showers have reportedly been installed at the death camp’s entrance to help tourists battle the high summer temperatures in Poland, where Auschwitz is located.

OK, so it's hot in Poland in the summer. And therefore, it's hot at Auschwitz.

But what kind of thinking goes into the installation of "mist showers" inside the front entrance?

Maybe to improve the tour experience they can have all tourist Hauled by railcar from distant parking lots, pass out gold star badges with your lot number inscribed and have guides dressed like Nazi's herding them around the tour screaming "SCHNELL! Schnell!" to keep things moving along....:(

Not much or quite a bit....guess it depends if it was a (closet) NAZI that pushed for the showers.....
