I had rather have a tooth pulled than watch that shrill and ugly woman ...the Bernie folks was supposed to boo her...but those machines and the media covered most of it up.

I thought I was the only one who noticed how disappointed/annoyed Bernie was. The only truly good candidate... silenced by the powers that be. He may not be a Christian, but I'm going to be praying for him anyways tonight.

His conscience was probably bothering him...all those people that trusted him and he turned them over to that criminal family who treated them like dirt

As it should if he knew about the DNC shutting his people up. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't know/had no control over that. He loves his supporters.

Its sad that this is our America now..and the media is in bed with this insanity... Just watching Sean Hannity and they talked about how the media covered up all the protest that was going on inside the area.

how strange...just comparing the last night of the republican convention with the last night of the democratic convention...the democratic convention's closing came off as more patriotic by far...

especially effective were the speeches by general allen and by the father of a muslim soldier who died in combat...they will be tough for the trump campaign to attack...

comparing the speeches by the candidates themselves...trump's speech sounded more like obama wanting to 'fundamentally transform' america in his image...clinton's speech was most reminiscent of past -republican- appeals to the american spirit and america's innate ability to get things done...the thing that ruined it of course was the references to several left wing causes...

if i was just going by the last night of each of the conventions alone...it would be an easy choice to vote for hillary clinton...the democrats definitely did a much better job of making their case...i would not be surprised if clinton got a large bounce from this convention...

with that said...i personally have more to go on than just the conventions...which is why i am still committing to write someone in on my ballot instead of voting for trump or clinton...

If it's any consolation, I'm not the spokesperson for all independents or anything, but I can see right through the DNC/Hillary. My opinion of Trump isn't very good, but this puts Trump in a better light by contrast. Hopefully I'm part of the rule and not the exception when it comes to how independents view this.

Well she might get even with Trump..if she gets a bounce ...but that party is split and she destroyed any chance with the Bernie folks ...and only the most ardent Hillary supporters would think she picked up any support with that speech.

Lord knows I hope you're right about the bold, but I fear you are not correct. Perhaps you give people the proper amount of credit and I'm just being pessimistic of the masses (I'm not in the best of moods atm, lol)... I hope to be wrong.

The Bernie folks follow this stuff very close ..the dirty tricks the Dems played at the convention will even tick off those Bernie people that was willing to go with Hillary ..its all over social media what happened and the Bernie people are sick about what the Democrat party has become. I kinda gained a little respect for some of the honest libs in watching some of this... the anti-Hillary folks on the right and left are kinda together now...you have trump people following Bernie people and vice-versa on twitter ..retweeting each other. And they are a lot of gay and minority Trump people kinda changing the way the people look at Trump ... I don't think a lot of Bernie folks will go to Trump...but I would say a majority will not vote for Hillary.
