Here is God's famous number again - 7. He always uses the 7's as His mark, His oath.

"...Hurricane Isaac is scheduled to hit New Orleans once again – exactly SEVEN YEARS LATER TO THE DAY (August 29th) on the first day of the “Southern Decadence” annual convention. How much more blatant can the King of the Universe be?"

"Could Hurricane Isaac’s disrupting of the Republican convention here be tied to recent policy decisions by the GOP leadership and Barack Obama? (The dividing of Israel)"

(Because they are messing with Israel???)

Not every '7' is a sign of Gods' interference or completion.

So called 'prophecy experts' have been wrong frequently check out the Millerites in the 19th century when they sold all their possessions and went to some mountain top to await the rapture or the Jehovah Witnesses or innumerable other groups who have based their lives on so called 'prophecy experts' and found ashes.

except hurricanes have been going on....forever, so unless theyve been signifying the end times...forever, your correlation is weak.

God is in charge of everything that happens in the world. Prophecy states all these things will continue to escalate towards the end times.

True, but to those who wait the return of the Lord all these things will become very obvious leading up to those last days.

7 is God's number and He uses it as an oath/His mark, He uses it to show a prophecy has been fulfilled.

Isaac happened on the exact day 7 years after the previous storm, in the exact area. Chances of that happening?

Who said I am basing my life on these things? We are to look for the signs of the times, and I can with confidece say that we are close.

yeah because hurricanes are clearly a sign of the end times or whatever you're trying to say
Not sure why you always criticize threads of mine here? Again, if this does not interest you then move on, there's no need to reply. In a previous thread you kept continually posting about how you did not see what I was sharing was news, yet so many others were interested in the topic.

Again, if you don't like what I share here then don't reply.

I know this isn't relevant to the thread, but I am going to point out that the photo in the OP is not of Isaac. This same photo seems to pop up every time there is a hurricane. This photo is photoshopped.

The photo has actually been in circulation for several years.

Thanks for mentioning. I wasn't aware it was a fake picture but didn't intend to mislead anyone. Really I used it to better describe the news I was sharing.

It is a real photo of a storm cell, just not what was described. It is a pretty scary pic anyway.

Anyway, back to the topic.
It is rather interesting about the 7 year time span, and there are a lot of things going on in the world today that could be compared to certain biblical prophecies. Yet, this is all assumption.

I am one of the believers that thinks many prophecies were fulfilled during the lifetime of the apostles, but when you look at certain current events even I sit back and wonder sometimes.

The thing is whether this is part of the fulfillment or not we all know bad things will continue to happen. The world will not "improve". If we all lived in a wonderful paradise then why would Jesus need to return? What matters is we stay strong. Stay faithful and ask the Lord to protect us during the hard times. What will happen will happen. It cannot be avoided.

People don't seem to understand, it's not about the fact that it's happening. I think before you can make some sort of correlation to prophecy, you have to find out the severity and intensity of the CURRENT disaster happening. Does it measure up to previous? Remember things are stated to get SO, SO BAD that no one could ever doubt what is going on. Hello, global warming, these natural disasters will keep happening because of what humans are doing to the planet, and other naturally occurring cycles. When things really start hitting the fan, people will then realize that they were taking everything little thing that happened and crying wolf. Get it together. Look at the science, make your choice.

I don't think it is possible that God is not actively working in our world today. Unless it was so that we just happened accidently, without creation. God has always used naturally occuring happenings to send us messages.

Deciding the details about prohecy has never been something men has done well. The Jews are still saying only the Messiah is legitimate as a warrior that makes them leaders and in the Messiah's first coming he is a Savior not a warrior. Makes me wonder what our experts in prophecy have wrong. But some of it is very clear, discounting it is as foolish as saying God has nothing to do with nature's happenings.
