Could a simple mixture of Iron and Clay hold up a masssive Statue made of Iron Gold and sivler?I have noticed that the pictures of Obama swearing to uphold the constitution vows to God with His left hand on two books. First, Obama is left handed so does this nullify his words and vow to God with in His heart and could this be a twist in his mind to not do i.e. vow to uphold and do all things according to the constitution? Second, I did not read any of the articles on this inauguration but is that the Koran on top of the bible? If so it seems an impossible mixture that reminds me of Daniels dream of the image of all historical kingdoms last kingdoms of the world the toes are mixed with iron and clay which is a mixture of opposing substances that can not hold the weight of the whole statue made of brass gold silver etc.in short unstable, not possible, namely mixing Judeo Christians and Muslims? Could this be the idealism of a psedo prophet of the pseudo spiritual idealism of the Anti-Christ?

Lol I just watched him being sworn in, you cant even tell what book it is, it could be a family bible for all we know. Why just post random assumption in such an accusatory manner?

First, because i want to find out second, because i can ask by my constitutional right and i have a right to ask and to assume, but i believe you know these things. I just asked. Now i know that you do not know either. Does any one know what the books are that He is vowing to uphold and defend the constitution are?

Who knows, John Quincy Adams swore on a book of constitutional law instead of a bible when he was sworn in. So Obama could have had a bible and aforementioned book. At least my theory and precedence and not wild assumptions.

Ha did a little research and the he used the Lincoln Bible and Dr. Martin Luther Kings Bible at the inauguration today. Yesterday he used a Bible from Michelle's family. So no Koran sorry to burst your little conspiracy theory bubble you had going.

I don't even get the whole point of swearing on a Bible, such as in court. If you're not a Christian (which many presidents have not been and I know there are many people in court who have sworn on a Bible who have not been), then the Word you're swearing on is something you don't even believe in and so it seems rather pointless, to me, in that aspect.

i disagree pointless is an absolute of which there isvalue and a promise made, vowing is a solumne oath which is upheld in court cause a lie purgery before the people and the God that the peoplebelieve in(even though they may not) whatthen vowing directly before God who may use it to awaken their conscious forconviction or proof of judgment.
