Oh, is this forum from a year ago? The reddit article is from a year ago.
I am so pleased to hear you say you will only judge this Administration on what they have done since January, and not on things that are, as you said, "a year old."

Well you don't know until you do, right?

Not really judging though, just kind of curious why they booed her exactly. I clicked the source link in the reddit article and it took me to a Forbes interview on youtube from about a year and a half ago that I had actually watched at that time all ready. Interesting blast from the past and all, but that still kind of leaves me wanting.

Does anybody even know why they booed her at the recent forum? Did they boo her for something she said or after she said something? Did they boo her just for walking on stage? Does anybody even know or is this just like a we-just-hate-liberals-we-don't-need-no-reason thread?

Well, about a half hour ago, I Googled the actual interview and listened to what was actually said. That is what I related to you.

Okay so they booed her for talking up her father? That sounds about right I guess. Care to share a link?

In reality, they didn't boo her, personally. They booed her for supporting her father.

I could believe that, not many people like him too much, but they seem to like her.
I was a GC for most of my life. And as such, I have followed Trump for decades. (This is how I know most of the derogatory business claims about him are lies) I was extremely impressed that he hired the very first female superintendent (for a high-rise) way back in 1980. That was 10 years before you were born.

And he has kept doing things like that.... for his entire career.

Well the article makes a lot more sense. It seems in Europe according to the article that some people are skeptical of Ivanka's role in the Administration and her claims about her father empowering women. I guess that's to be expected, but the "boos and hisses" weren't really as harsh or loud in the video as has been suggested by that article and here. I think there's just some soft dislike of Trump, but they seem to be more like curious about Ivanka than disdainful of her. I think Ivanka is right at the end of the article, I think the Summit is probably beneficial to her and to her father's administration in the long run despite the soft boos and hisses.

Lol, I have no idea what a GC is. Well that's all nice and what not for Trump, but I don't really care if he is the most feminist man in America or the biggest misogynist, all that is just joke fodder to me. What I care about is what he does to serve me.

Don't be thick. The mikes were on the stage speakers, not out in the audience. And it must have been plenty loud enough for Merklel to cut in and mention. And Ivanka obviously heard them, loud and clear.

Sure, but it wasn't as loud or as crazy as I expected, let me put it that way. I still think it's a pretty softcore reaction. I think it is as you say a reaction more against Trump than against Ivanka. From the article and the questions they talk about asking her, they seem more curious about her than outright hateful. I think Ivanka is right, I think the summit will be beneficial despite that, and I notice she has secured a pledge from Merkel to help female entrepreneurs.

I have no doubt she is right on the premise...... But I wonder if most Americans are going to catch on quickly enough to keep our country alive.
I dont know.I know when Ive tried to share some of the things Ive read and researched with Christians I get very bad reactions. When I talk about socialism and its dangers, when I talk about Islam, when I talk about leftist agendas,I feel like people either dont believe, dont want to hear or dont care. I hear a lot of fear mongering, phobias and more PC junk.I fear we've been brainwashed the same as Europe.

Can we ever discuss Dim's response to anyone in this Administration without first seeing how it has reached fanatically irrational proportions of blind hatred for one man?
No,I dont believe we can. I think blind hatred is the correct term. When people are aligning him with Hitler,no,I dont think rational discussion can be had from that viewpoint.

Something about Trump too, while he was a teenager, growing up, he went to New York Military Academy sort of an army school. See, the papers and the media never talk about that. They never talk about anything positive, or anything that shows him as a normal, good person.

I guess that was pointed at me,and the answer is no it isn't. The point isn't how "soft" the boos were. The point was the woman to her right said "King Abdullah fought for womens rights",not in this instance but she said it.She wasn't booed for anything she said, nor was Merkel and that is self explanatory of why she'd get jeers. But no,only Ivanka was booed. That is what the OP said and it said nothing about hating dems. Apology accepted.

Interesting how the leftists view the world. The woman sitting to Ivanka's right said of King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia "he was a strong believer in pushing forward women's rights". And yet she sat smugly between Ivanka and Merkel who has given her country to mob rule. The hypocrisy is astounding.

Liberals, they're the biggest clowns on the planet. They are either braindead, or just thick.

Their stupidity is UNBELIEVABLE.

Typical Gen-X, or whatever trendy name they call your generation....

Who gives a rip about what is best for the COUNTRY.... I gotta get MINES....

Hopefully you will live long enough to see that there is a bigger picture.. that many times, personal sacrifice is necessary to improve the lives of everyone else.

But, as you say, at least you get lots of "joke fodder"...

What really gets me is............these extremist liberal baby killing anti-Christ Socialist have ALMOST completely destroyed the Democrat Party. Since they have seized power of the Democrat Party, they have corrupted it into the American Socialist Party who dreams of being able to establish The United Socialist States of America.

I remember quite well when the Democrat Party firmly stood for God, Family, Country, and actually was the Party of the People, and not this poisonous cancer now infecting our Nation.

There still are a very few Democrats left, but they are being driven out of the Party that bears their Name and beliefs.

AND THIS IS WHY I GO BANANAS WHEN I HEAR PEOPLE CALL IT THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY. There is NOTHING Democratic about it..........not now days.
