Just a few Jews who had an opportunity to pray on the temple mount, and took advantage of it. Only time will tell if it has anything to do with prophecy.

Found this to be interesting, What are your thoughts, is it prophecy or not?

I think its certainly prophetic in nature, but I don't know if there's any scripture that foretells it. The Temple Mount is supposedly Mt. Zion in the bible. Its the place where Abraham was going to sacrifice his son Isaac before God stopped him. Its also the place where King Solomon built his temple and where King David built an altar. It has been closed to non-muslims since 1187 (830 years)!

True, and what I find said. When the Jewish people liberated Jerusalem, They were wanting to get to the western wall, and didn't give much thought to the Temple Mount. Even when they had it in their hands, they turned it over to Jordan to control. Granted there were a lot of things to consider at that time.
