Since 44 and 31 equals 75% of those polled I wanted to know about the 25% who did not say that either spoke for them. Some said Mitch McConnell a RINO Republican but the most didn't say anyone. These are "likely voters". I am a likely voter and if I were asked this question I also would not say either one because I am a Christian. That said I would definitely vote for Trump over Biden if that were the choice. There are other reasons someone might not say, they may not want to tell a pollster over the phone that they don't support Biden or that they do support Trump. There is a vilification and threat of cancel culture around this question. Therefore I think this poll reveals a massive insurmountable lead for Trump over Biden.
I say insurmountable for several reasons
1. Can't undo what happened in Afghanistan
2. The fiasco at the border could improve but it is doubtful it will change the opinion of many border states and hispanics.
3. The economy will get worse before it gets better
4. The failure to pass their BBB bill means even their staunchest supporters see them as a failure.
5. Chaotic and ridiculous response to Covid. This also could get better but you can't undo all the harm this year has done.
6. Biden is in decline both physical and mental.
7. The lies told about their Trans agenda saying no one would abuse this has been exposed.
8. CRT has been exposed. Parents can now see the snake in the grass at their kids school with both CRT, Pornography and the LGBTQ agenda and all roads lead to the Democrats.
9. 10% of Democrats have already announced they are fleeing the ship. This means there won't be the advantage an incumbent has in the elections and that in turn means it is almost a foregone conclusion the Republicans take over the Senate and House in 2022 and begin 8 different hearings to expose all the corruption. This will be like giving the 2024 election a turbo charge.
