I have to believe he is present when his vote is needed. I think he has integrity.
Yea that's how his campaign has been trying to skirt the issue. I find it to be a poor excuse. I think if Bush's last name is fair game then so is Rubio's attendance record and credit card use.

Anything is fair game if you want to be president. I don't have a problem with Bush's name.

Aye I agree. Though for Bush, that last name does matter to a lot of people. This generation ain't forgot about W. Is kinda sad though, Jeb does actually have a pretty good economic record. His only problem in my opinion is he is wonky on the war. Sometimes I wish we could redesign the executive branch to have a president position to deal exclusively with foreign policy and another to deal exclusively with domestic policy.

Ain't trying to say you got a problem with Bush either btw. Merely to the point that since Bush has been grilled over for his family connections, I think Rubio should also be scrutinized more for his poor attendance record and credit card use.

They should all be scrutinized, yes?

At least nobody yet has said anything good about Hillary.

I think Rubio would make for a decent President. I think what worries me most about him is his insistence on promoting John McCain-Lindsey Graham foreign policy positions.

And no, you can't properly characterize those positions as "neocon."

I always feel like an idiot after posting something political, but I think Marco Rubio ought to be the next president of the USA.
You aren't alone in your thoughts, others do to...........wish the Trumpites had the same feeling after posting about him!

Liked this only because you are correct, their views are certainly not Neocon..............even if McCain is too liberal in many ways for me.........

The gist I get from Rubio is that he is a Cuban version of GW.
Similar immigration stance and a proponent of regime change in the M.E., in aspirations of setting up democracies.

It looks to me that if we nominate Cruz, Hillary will be the next president. If we nominate Marco, Marco will be the next president. So who would we rather have, Marco or Hillary?

Perhaps an eye examination is in store for you?
