Shouldn't even be such a thing to begin with...this Gov and others should be refusing to allow anyone to have this sort of nonsense ...especially those states that have already decided this matter through the democratic process of their state ...

Oklahoma was the only state that came out with a sane solution to the gay marriage problem. Their legislature showed a great deal of farsight.
