We have seen the republic element of our government diminished with the rise of oligarchical tyranny from the SCOTUS. They have discovered that the Consitution is the final authority & that it only means what they say it means.
We have seen the republic element of our government diminished with the rise of a president issuing Royal Decrees, including Executive Orders to overthrow laws & make his own laws. Congress is partly to blame on this for making so many, many laws that discretionary enforcement is required, since our executive does not have the resources to enforce so many laws with so many law-breakers. Here limiting the laws to no more than a Bible in length might help. We also have seen since WWII the president waging war without any Congressional Declaration of War.
People will talk about democracy, but did you realize that the USA has never been a democracy or the people would vote on the laws. We have a mixed constitution with elements of monarchy, oligarchy, & republic -- unfortunately also beaurocracy.
How do we respect legislation from the bench striking down anti-sodomy laws, decriminalizing sodomy & now promoting it? We disrespect the conversion of the USA from more republic to more oligarcy. The crime of sodomy requires re-enactment by judicial review or amendment.
Enact
1) term limits on all judges (10 yrs),
2) recall of judges.
3) A recall election shall be held whenever either House by simple majority votes for it.
4) If both houses by simple majority vote that a judge legislated from the bench, said judge shall be put up at once for recall election & his decision vacated.
5) No law may be ruled unconstitutional except by the SCOTUS, and that shall only be effective when such decision is upheld by regular legislative action (required immediate vote) or by plebisite. SCOTUS shall declare at the end of decisions claiming laws to be unconsitutional, whether their action is to be reviewed by legislative process or by plebisite.

-The President shall make no Executive Orders except on such matters as who makes the coffee and where people park at the White House.
- Congress shall not be empowered to delegate its legislative authority to executive departments, like the FCC or the EPA.
Enact:
The USA recognizes that the Lord Jesus is YHWH-God and Lord over all.
The USA recognizes that the Bible is the Word of God.
Notwithstanding the above, apart from the above there shall be no governmental establishment of a religion. Also, no government shall be empowered to tax any religious organization or church.
Enact:
There shall be no tax by any government except import duties and income tax. Notwithstanding the above, real estate may be taxed if the value of a property is over $2,000,000 or what the equivalent value would be when adjusted upwards for inflation. No sales tax shall be imposed by any government. Notwithstanding the above, tolls may be charged for the use of new roads, but only for 5 years after construction.

The practice of homosexual sexual activity is recognized as a felony crime which governments may prohibit and punish.

From the time of conception, a human person exists who enjoys a right to life. Murder of unborn human persons is prohibited.

No government shall have the right to confiscate silver and gold of citizens or lawful residents of the USA.
