I think the issue is not whether or not they provide a boost to your immunity but rather how long that boost lasts and is there a loss of overall immune response to all possible infections. All of these studies are showing a boost that last for months, but have nothing to say about long term. there is evidence that the immunity is at the cost of removing your T cells that fight other infections.

There are some really evil people in this world. They are highly organized and are bent on controlling the planet and everything on it. We, as the people of God, need to seek the Lord like our lives depend on it, because they do. I see humanity as a school of fish that are in a slowly-closing seine net. Those of us with vision are tasked with passing it on to the rest of the body. This is what the Spirit is saying in our day. Holy Lord, we need You to lead us...do not allow this present evil to defeat us, but rather lead us to the consummation of Your Kingdom on this earth...in Jerusalem!
