please pardon me, because I can't remember if I posted this info before =

we watched a video that showed children in 'china' wearing diapers so that they didn't have to
leave their chairs while playing the on line videos that they were addicted to!!!

do you all think that our children are doing the same???

It's a joke with a serious undertone. I wouldn't be shocked if I heard of something like that happening in California.

is this a 'denial', or just a 'joke'??? -
I'm serious, please elaborate...

I think we should all keep this in prospective. The United States doesn't even break the top 10 in the rate of people killed in mass murders. The honor goes to Norway at number 1. France and Germany both beat the US, with all their arms control laws. The US comes in at about 11.

I have been deployed to Norway, and I know that the gun legislation in Norway is very liberal. That Breivik guy was using legally purchased guns.

Their laws wouldn't be liberal compared to most of the United States, but I know Norway has a firearms sport tradition. I was referring to Fance and Germany.

With that being said, if one were to exclude statistics from Los Angeles, Chicago, and Baltimore, the US gun crime rate would be in line with Australia..... that has a near ban on repeating firearms.
