Today, a child is born, a baby girl, in the slum area of Detroit, Michigan. She represents one of many who will need all kinds of governmental help and assistance if she makes it to the age of 12. Her mom, homeless and hooked on crack, has no future plans for her education. This little girl will remain unnamed until some agency discovers her. Nobody, including her mom, knows who her DNA father is. Let us rejoice and celebrate her life.....for only human beings put high priorities on who is and who isn't important. Who knew that across the Atlantic at the same moment a little princess was born at the same moment. This little girl will have every advantage for a long and healthy life. GOD looks down and smiles on both little girls. In HIS eyes, they are equal. One will grow up having parties, tons of new clothing, making front page news, the other will never be mentioned in any magazine, and owning practically nothing. GOD will whisper "I have plans for you, my child" to both. Dare we try to declare whick one HE is actually speaking to?

Ben Carson was born in Detroit. His mother remained on welfare only so long as was absolutely necessary. He turned out great, by the grace of an almighty loving God who expects parents to take responsibility, not crack; and a mother who loved God, loved Ben and his brother, and committed to giving her sons a better life, a woman who knew "government assistance" is just that -- assistance of a temporary nature, not a permanent income enabling sloth and a drug habit.
Perhaps if the unnamed baby girl's mother could be encouraged to do the same, we wouldn't need to throw money down the black hole of welfare in such greater and greater amounts.
Don't disparage her royal highness Princess Charlotte of Cambridge because she was born into a good, wealthy family. Disparage the crack addict in Detroit who won't do for herself, much less for her child.

did we know, who our parents would be. did we ask to be born, and you are correct, god knows the answers, to a plan that he made. hes got the whole world in his hands, and to think conquering death means the end or a new beginning.
