I'm still waiting for somebody to explain to me how and where the Russians did something to influence the outcome of the election. Which is bizarre to me, because when making an accusation, you usually have things better-thought out than "but the Ruskies!"

As a conservative, I'm perfectly open to the notion that a country led by a former KGB agent would want to have a hand in an American election. But let us please come up with something to plausibly accuse them of before we play darts blindfolded.
You'd think the Russians would want a wimpy little democrat in charge.
Some think Donald Trump Is Strong but some think he Is thin skinned, easily melted with compliments ,puffed-up and easily manipulated.

I just think Trump has funny hair.

That's all I know for sure.

But he does have a lot of it.

Maybe that's what the Russians really want.

We have possible Russian motives for having either of them in the White House.

My questions have consistently been these- what did they do and how did it influence the election process?

Russia influenced my vote. If you count their cultural and economic choices between 1917 and 1991 as "influence."

Russia didn't make me vote for Trump.......Hillary did.

If there is such a thing as karma, this is what the democrats get for using tax dollars to influence the Israeli election last year.

Which makes all this hullabaloo particularly funny. America influences foreign elections all the time!

We do it every morning after pouring out the coffee and maybe a couple crossword puzzles.

It's interesting that with all the half-veiled innuendos, no one seems to want to come right out and show just what they supposedly did.

Maybe they just assume a fair number of Americans are unthinking Russo-skeptics who will let "half-veiled innuendos" pass as real accusations.

Half veiled?
You're really being kind.

The last I checked we were dealing with mysterious reports with no specific information... and they were from "anonymous" sources.

And I think several top intelligence people have publicly disagreed with either the veracity or the conclusions of the "mysterious" reports that everyone has seen but nobody has seen.

Who knows.
But hey, Santa could be real too.

Anonymous tips based in intelligence community rumors different agencies disagree with. Then agree with. Then disagree with again.

The Russians.

If someone is in any way nostalgic for the sillier aspects of Cold War drama, this must be a hoot and a half.

Though it would be more interesting if it all didn't look like it was fabricated by a second-rate Huffington Post blogger.
