Ah the Left and nuance. It's their favorite tool for dodging truth. That, and moving the goalposts.
I'm not dodging anything. Over 60% of abortions are due to poverty and you see more poverty in Black communities.
But anyway how did we get on abortions because that's not even what this thread is about?

Since half of my family is black I think I can comment on this. Not interested in blaming stuff from 100-200 years ago for my situation today.
Your situation is irrelevant. You're speaking from white privilege...."I know some black people so I can speak for the whole black community now"

They're due to careless sex and a general disregard for human life. You needn't get pregnant. And if you do, you can give your child up for adoption. You needn't murder it.

No I'm just stating statistics and statistics don't lie.
Facts don't care about your feelings... Facts are. Over 60% of abortions are due to poverty.
Black women are statistically more likely to have abortions.
The average black family has 10 times less wealth than the average white family.
With all my wife is deceased, I still consider my in-laws family but I'm not pretentious enough to act like I can speak for all black people in America

And yet, you are speaking for a large percentage of them.

And like I said, if poverty's truly the reason, then stop getting pregnant. It's really that simple.

Yep, and how has that worked out? Has poverty decreased as a result of abortion?

White privilege? You don't know anything about me? My uncle's house was blown up by the KKK in Jackson MS, my wife's uncle lives in Ferguson, MO where the whole Michael Brown incident took place. What is truly irrelevant is your opinion.

:LOL::ROFL:You never fail to entertain.

Well that is great, so are you saying abortions over the last 50 years have caused poverty to decrease? I know the single biggest demographic for the poor are single mothers, has abortions helped decrease single mothers?

Black women are statistically more likely to have abortions.

Statistics are great, because they can hide and mask so much.

1. Why exactly are the "poor" more likely to have abortions? If you send your kid to public school with no after school programs because of the way schools are funded and then you are a single mother working two jobs, no one is supervising your kids.

There is no doubt at all that the single most efficient and cheapest way to deal with unwed women having babies is to have after school programs. When I was in Taiwan they were far poorer as a country than the US but every school kept the kids from early morning till 6 pm. They feed them breakfast and lunch and they have significant PE every day and they have supervised study hall. US policies are designed to keep the poor poor.

It is extremely misleading to say that whites are ten times richer than blacks. Because what they are doing is counting Bill Gates, Elon Musk, and Warren Buffet are white.

If you take a white teacher and compare them to a black teacher the white teacher isn't any richer. If you are white does that mean that Bill Gates money is partially yours? Of course not.

What is far more enlightening is that 84% of the stock in the US is owned by the richest 10%. If you are not in the richest 10% then you are essentially in the same boat regardless of your skin color. The rich are not stupid, so then why don't they care about inflation? Simple, inflation doesn't hurt you if you own assets. Also, all that money that the US is printing is going somewhere, if they are giving it to you then of course you have no issue with them printing money and causing inflation.

When I was in high school I was whipped by the head master, though they call it "caned". If I was black I would be a best selling author based solely on that "oppression" but because I'm white it is called "white privilege".

The bias in the US is not about black or white, it is about green. If the country truly was as racist against blacks as Michelle Obama would have you believe then surely she would not want to have a 12 million dollar mansion on Martha's Vineyard. But she knows there is no bias against her because she has lots of green.

They use these statistics to sucker people. Why do they give to BLM? Do they want to help the inner city? Suckers! BLM doesn't care anything for the inner city. The inner city being as bad as it is is what makes it possible for BLM to rake in millions. They don't want that to change.

Of course there are wealthy black people like LeBron james, plenty of black musicians are wealthy etc but that doesn't change numbers and statistics
Privilege is saying since you know a few black people then you know the situation of all black people in america. All I'm doing is giving numbers and statistics.
Since you seem to have a problem with reading comprehension I'll say it a third time. Around 60% of abortions are due to poverty.
African-American women are statistically more likely to have abortions.
So it's not just "planned Parenthood bad" it's a more complicated problem

The foundation of the Constitution says our rights come from God and male to female marriage is required to sustain the society just as murder is outlawed but both are in the Bible. Most of our laws are founded in English law which had the Bible as the majority moral code for legislation.

Among many things that brought Rome down was the decline in sexual boundaries.
Rome fell because they tried to spread themselves too thin. People who try to take over the world tend to fail eventually
In the first amendment closed to the Constitution literally says you can't pass laws that privilege anyone religion, that includes yours

Can you not read? I said poverty is the reason for most abortions.
So, I asked has abortions helped?

Let's try another way, what is the cause of poverty?

1. Fornication
2. Adultery
3. Divorce

This isn't everything, but probably accounts for more than 50%. Promiscuity plays a big role in divorce and abortion promotes promiscuity by pretending to decrease the consequences of promiscuity.

What the US has done to "decrease" poverty is to decrease the birth rate and decrease marriage. But this is short sighted. Why is it that "whites" own 10x what the blacks do? It is because that wealth was passed down from one generation to the next. If you don't have a generation to pass anything down to it doesn't matter that you aren't living in poverty. I might spend my whole life and only own a house when it is all over, but if I pass that house on to my kids they are far better off than I was when I was a kid. They in turn might have more assets to pass on to their kids. It takes several generations for wealth to accumulate.

4. Drugs/alcohol addiction
5. Lack of education

Education in the US is very different from other countries like Japan. For centuries Japan understood that there is a pathway to wealth and you don't go from the first step the top step in one leap. If your dad is a laborer they understood that becoming a skilled laborer would be a big step up and yet quite plausible. If you are a skilled laborer they understood you could become a contractor. If you are a contractor you could become a developer. If you are a developer your kids could go to university and become CPA, lawyer, business major, etc. By comparison the US education system is mindless and almost completely divorced from the goal of developing a career.

How many drug addicts first used drugs after they graduated from college? There might be some, but the truth is you can deal with 80% of the problem if you focus on your education system. People who do hardcore drugs like heroin are far more likely to have been abused or live in an abusive environment and abuse of children is far more likely among those who are divorced or single mothers.

I never claimed that abortions are reducing poverty so Captain strawman strikes again. However what I have said multiple times on this forum is that if we could reduce poverty then maybe you might start seeing abortion numbers go down because people who are financially well off usually don't have abortions
