This really isn't a religious experience for me. I just think that someone who actually runs and owns a business might be able to make good business decisions. I'll bet the church you attend runs on a business model.
Astonishing.

God's platform is people.
poor & needy people. widows and orphans.
He opposes the proud & lifts up the humble.
loving all people. giving everything He has for them, because there is a treasure in the field.
we ought to have the same platform.

IMO only one of the remaining candidates reflects that.

You need to read your bible God appoints whom he will and they werent always godly men. It sounds as if you think you know more than God.

It really doesnt make you sound as if you have matured at all.

well, do you think will it be another ten years before you are right?

if not -- then why should you be surprised if i was convinced of the truth 10 years ago and remain convinced?

if so, why don't you and i both wait until then to post, and spare ourselves the trouble?

the reason i wrote what you quoted, is that i read my Bible.

are you suggesting that since God sometimes uses ungodly men to judge a people, we should look for the most ungodly man we can, and throw our support behind him?

well i disagree with that. because i read my Bible, and believe it, and try to put it into practice.

We arent talking about THE truth being the word. Dont spin it to floss your tarnished halo.
Your either very dull and you havent evolved in your views of things (Im not talking about kingdom things) or you are very immature . I think its probably both. You are still very young for a guy.

Daniel 2:20Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his: 21And he changeth the times and the seasons: he removeth kings, and setteth up kings: he giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding: 22He revealeth the deep and secret things: he knoweth what is in the darkness, and the light dwelleth with him.

Daniel 5:21
He was driven away from people and given the mind of an animal; he lived with the wild donkeys and ate grass like the ox; and his body was drenched with the dew of heaven, until he acknowledged that the Most High God is sovereign over all kingdoms on earth and sets over them anyone he wishes.

P

I meant Its astonishing to me that Trump has no true experience In running a goverment.

I think Obama once worked at a baskin robbins. Seriously tho, that is part of the lie that Americans have swallowed, that the world is too complex for a normal person to run the country.....you have to be a lawyer and a career politician to understand the nuance and complexity of world affairs. I call bullcrap on that one.

yes, i've been saying that.
we should respect president Obama; he is the authority set in place by God (Romans 13).
and whoever is president next, we should not curse God -- if He chooses to reprove the nation with a wicked person, thank Him for His chastisement, pray that the nation will receive it well, and pray for them so that we might have peace and not war.

what do you think it means to "put this into practice" with regard to the three people who are hoping to be president, none of which yet are in power as president?

Clinton & Sanders are right now employed as authorities in high positions in the country.
Trump on the other hand, is not currently, and has not ever held any political office.

What is really, really funny is how some here can't wait to post derogatory comments about those who disagree with them, telling them how "judgmental" they are being, and that God will judge them for it.............

..........annnnnnnnnnnd, then you read their comments, and you be like........

uh, er, isn't THAT judgmental?

I don't judge you in a negative manner, but rather, I look up to you. That's why it bums me out to see you so against the one guy who hates the establishment and has been taking them on since the get go.

*cough* Bernie Sanders exists and has been taking on the establishment for decades *cough*

i think he's way more 'anti-establishment' than Trump, too. plus, he's not a liar.

i simply have more respect for a man who does not accept Christ and will honestly say so, than a man who does not believe in Christ but is willing to say that he does in order to gain influence and power. it's insulting to me that such a man would assume that just saying a few of the 'right words' will persuade actual believers that he is 'one of them' -- and very troubling that such an assumption should turn out to be true :(
