Here is a Patrick Lancaster report from July 19 where a hospital in Donetsk was hit by shelling.

Patrick believes that the shelling came from the Peski direction (due to how the shell hit the roof) which is under Ukranian control. I am not there so I cannot verify it. I find him a very credible individual though as his reporting is relatively untainted with political bias unlike some others.

Anatoli Sharij is no fan of Russia or Putin. He does not speak fondly of the DPR/LPR either. Yet he is not so blinded to ignore the lies that come out of Kiev.
