Let us remember one thing here. This Earthly form of government will someday become God's Government here on earth. Don't think he is going to tolerate anything but absolute obedience to his Government. In his court system, you do have free will but you will certainly pay the penalty to the utmost.
No one forgets. Until God comes again, I don't see a better system. It doesn't mean there aren't needs for improvement, but there are slow channels that people can take to bring about needed change.

It's pretty miraculously that the US has used the same constitution for 242 years without a significant amount of change to it. I would say it was even inspired by God (just my personal opinion). The real problem is that the US has allowed unconsitutional things to BE constitutional. The problem isn't the document itself, it's holding people in power responsible for keeping true to the key principles WITHIN the document.

How do I not "lump" Christianity in with other religions when discussion a government ran by a theocracy? There isn't only one type of religious theocracy... We aren't discussing beliefs of each faith, but rather a government ran by a faith (it could be Christian or Islamic).

The fact you have to say "True Christianity" is already up for debate as to what it really even means. Is "True Christianity" whatever you (Roadkill) believes it is? Is it what a Mormon thinks it is? Is it what a Catholic thinks it is? Those are just the trivial problems... we haven't even scratched the surface of the potential problems that could arise from a theocracy (even a "True Christian" theocracy).

I find it funny how in one breath you mention how we are in grace unlike that in the old Mosaic Law and then in another breath you point to an old testament example of God telling the Hebrews what NOT to do. Which is it? Under the current system, you can exercise your "True Christianity" and those who don't believe in it can choose not to. Your theocracy forbids certain freedoms that even the best of Christians could/do disagree on (alcohol to be allowed or not allowed for example).
True Christianity Teaches only one way to heaven, Through Faith on Jesus Christ. Are you Christian? Christian's try to live by the Law of God willingly. When we fail we have to rely on the Grace given to us through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Doesn't matter the denomination, there are true Christians in all of them. Doesn't mean that denomination is right or totally correct.

Better read the New Testament. There are rules there concerning Homosexuality. Look in Romans for a start.

Like I said, God does not change. What he hated then he hates now. So what are you going to do, please men or please God?

It is understandable that most Christians think that homosexuality is wrong according to the scriptures. However, homosexual people do exist in great numbers in this country. Do they have rights that should be protected?
No. The Declaration of Independence states our rights come from God. There is no God given right for men to copulate into other men.

We as Christians know that Homosexuality is wrong because it is outlined in the scriptures, and last time I checked, the scriptures are God's Holy Word....and we know that in the beginning was the......wait for it.......WORD, and the was with who??.....GOD, and the Word was........GOD.

This is NOT rocket science. God's Holy Word tells us lying with another man is an abomination, Leviticus 18:22.

(Some will argue this is the old Levitical law.....and that under Jesus we are free from that law....but chew on this, Jesus told his disciples He came not to abolish the law....but that the law might be fulfilled, and that is New AND Old, and God does not change, so homosexuality is gravely wrong.)

Even gays admit that it's weird. Like fish without scales. Or an ox with imperfect skin.
[h=3]Deuteronomy 17:1[/h]“You shall not sacrifice to the Lord your God an ox or a sheep in which is a blemish, any defect whatever, for that is an abomination to the Lord your God.

Being fulfilled means that it's not your problem anymore. The old laws were
to give the problem over to man. That is over. Jesus takes on the problems now.

The US is a Constitutional Republic. The constitution is a created document
that does not simply vote, but actually rules over all.
But it still falls under God's Law because he establishes and brings down nations.

He does...what? I think that Gods law does not create nations.
And national law does not reference any of god's laws.

Lets call a spade a spade. If i work for a bakery and wanna call myself christian. Then i either cant make cakes for gays, cheaters, fornicators, unbelievers etc. OR i gotta do it for everyone.

We dont have to argue about the biblical perceptive of homosexuality. But maybe remind ourselves to stay real and not choose and pick what and whatnot is acceptable to bake for whom and whom not.

Also theres other ways than to hust refuse the cake, but maybe just use a lower spectrum of decorations

It's not about who it is and it never was; it's about what they wanted on the cake.

All of these things are are true and God's law but concerning the Mosaic law. Some of these are laws in this country still. Incest? Look at the Ammonites and the Canaanites. God sent war and pestilence to destroy them because they brazenly broke his law as a nation. There are other examples if you look. If you think God is not still behind the scenes on the rise and fall of nations you are mistaken. He is in control. The only difference now is that we are in the age of grace and he will not destroy openly like he used to until the Tribulation period in which he pours out his wrath on the nations that have broken his law. As for now he judges nations and puts them through financial difficulties and pestilence and war. No brim stone as of for now. LOL

Sooner or later in your life you are going to have to either take a stand or follow the world. We are representatives of the Light in the world. We sometimes have to accept losses in this life for standing up for what is right. God will even things up again in heaven. But don't just give in to being forced to do something you know is morally wrong.

Read for yourself:

Leviticus 18:21-22
Leviticus 20:13-15
These two passages are regarding a man having sex with a woman
then having sex with a man, possibly with both at the same time.

I will assume you still support the death sentence for all involved.
I am not sure if you think this also applies to woman, and death for both lesbians?

Read for yourself:

Deuteronomy 23:17-18
Don't direct your children into prostitution. Good advice.

Deuteronomy 22:5
Women should not wear slacks or jeans or other male clothing.
I carry a bag to work every day. (Death sentence, still?)

Romans 1: 26-27
This passage says that natural aspects of sex are bad
and that natural aspects of sex are desired.
Natural lusts are bad, natural lusts are good.
You get to read whatever you wish into this passage.
I believe it to read that you need to limit your lust to
one partner with the intention of it being for life.

1st Corinthians 6:9-11
Moral decisions are all accounted for right here here via the narrow gate:
12In everything, then, do to others as you would have them do to you. For this is the essence of theLaw and the prophets. Enter through the narrow gate.

1st Timothy 1: 8-10
The law is summarized here:
In everything, then, do to others as you would have them do to you. For this is the essence of theLaw and the prophets. Enter through the narrow gate.

Jude 6-7
2nd Peter 2:6-10

The last two shows what God does when he finally has had enough.
We are much more open to softer responses to rude people now. Thank You Jesus. :)

Ezekiel 16:49-50: "Behold, this was the guilt of your sister Sodom: she and her daughters had arrogance, abundant food, and careless ease, but she did not help the poor and needy. Thus they were haughty and committed abominations before Me.[8] Therefore I removed them when I saw it."
