Sure thing, sir. I gave him credit for appointing the three generals, for speaking with Taiwan...previously I have been giving him credit for being tough on illegal immigration and for being pro life.

Also it is a good thing that he is lowering the taxes on incomes.
Hmmmm.

I'll have to file these away until I can think of some reason to disagree with you for being agreeable.

Don't lose hope.

I'm sure I'll think of something.

She posted someone elses thoughts. I wish people would think for themselves just a teeny weeny bit more. I probably expect too much. We have been taught to let others do the "critical" thinking for us.

I'm hoping the Wall Street people Trump is bringing aren't really the swamp men he promised to drain. I'd be lying if I said I was a little alarmed or nervous. Time will tell... pray for the best.
Trump promised to drain the swamp of Washington insiders. What he held back was that he is going to replace Washington insiders with wall street insiders.

The wolves are now in charge of the henhouse.

Say by-by to the middle class. We had a good run.

What about the $50 Billion pledge from Japan to invest in America?
Not just Japan but China too. What I don't get is that they've been buying this country out for a decade. What are they going to invest in that they don't already own???

Did you hear what Trump said today? People speculate too much. I'm still gonna give him a chance. He hasn't even been sworn in yet people. You are all like a bunch of emotion driven women.

You guys sound like you would prefer he brought in mediocre losers who didn't know how to run a huge organization like this nation. We've already had eight years of a Community Organizer who didn't know a thing about running big businesses.

Unbelievable the lengths people go to to hamstring someone before they've even started.

That's the problem. The democrats give this country away to the lazy and enemies, the republicans give this country away to the rich. No one (*) supports the middle anymore. All we in the middle can do these days is choose which side we want killing us. Either way, we're still dead.

* Maybe this will be the catalyst towards a viable THIRD PARTY next time around!

I think that's a trifle pessimistic.... is there any previous activity by any of these people that would lead you to think they plan to decimate the masses? I mean, specifically....

Those who forget the past are bound to repeat it.

Red sky at morning sailor takes warning

A stitch in time saves nine

I pray you are right.

History and precedent say you are not.

Makes you wonder why, if they know so much about directing the course of the USA, they weren't running for the office of the president.

Wow. I don't even know where to start on that one. The Kotch Brothers don't ring a bell? Goldman Sachs? This is the pool Trump is recruiting from. Specifically.

IDK but it would seem to me to be a very foolish thing to do to kick everyone to the curb without giving some the chance to get on board.

I don't care what he says. He is surrounding himself with middle class killers. If I told you I was going to save the henhouse, then hired the wolf to watch over it, would you just take me at my word?

The work of his hands proves the lies of his lips.

Is this the post of a wise man or a post of one who is afraid? See my post above the one quoted here.

Oh, believe me, I hope I'm wrong, I pray fervently that I'm wrong.

But I think it would be a very foolish thing to just leave him be given his choices.

A man who has no fears is not a wise one.

True.

I think a version of something Reagan said sums it up...

hope but verify.
