it's the US department of labor website.
if that's fake news the whole government - including the white house - is fake news.

you are entitled to your own opinion, not your own reality.

the principles are the same in every election in every state: partisan observers are not to interfere with the voting process or the duties of the election officials. they are not to engage in any of the duties of the election officials. they may not enter any ballot box or in any way jeopardize the secrecy of the vote, including looking at ballots to determine the name of a person and the way that they voted.
several lawsuits have already been summarily rejected by the courts on these same grounds: observers were in the room, close enough to observe the process. that's it. that's their job.
partisan observers jobs is not to look over the shoulder of voters or election officials, check what votes are against their party, and earmark them for challenges. observers jobs are not to signature match. that is election officials jobs. partisan observers are not to verify addresses or registration. that is election officials jobs.

the courts have unanimously rejected arguments like the ones you keep posting.

dude, i understand what it's like when your team loses. i know it feels really bad and you're ready to believe anything, anything to make it not true. you're ready to call everything unfair and pitch a fit. but Christianity is about the truth. it's not about making up your own little reality in which anything that doesn't go your way or the way you think it ought to be is fake or unfair.

I agree, worthless

Trumps team is pushing for signature verification on this count, access to the envelopes and signatures?
it's against GA state law and has already been rejected in previous lawsuits.

Arizona Hearing

Testimony, University Professor, Dr.

She worked as a Republican monitor in the signature verification at the Maricopa main center, she was isolated to one seat in the middle of 20 workers on computers verifying signatures, this professor witnessed the vast majority of screens showing (Low Confidence) on signature verification, this professor stated a normal signature in comparison to a chicken scratch, and these votes were counted as good 80%+ were low Confidence

This professor witnessed ballots opened in the mail room, and put in boxes, then left unattended on racks, then transferred to the counting room, no measure of chain of custody, ballots sitting unattended in boxes and baskets

Fact Sheet: Observer Rights and Responsibilities in Elections of Union Officers

Section 401(c) of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act (LMRDA) provides that any candidate for union office has the right to have an observer at the polls and the counting of the ballots. This right extends to any candidate in an election subject to Title IV of the LMRDA, including elections in local unions, intermediate bodies and national and international unions.
Observers (who are called poll watchers in some unions) represent the candidates' interests and their presence helps to insure that the election is conducted in a fair and impartial manner. The role of an observer is to observe the election process and, as appropriate, ask procedural questions of election officials, challenge the eligibility of individual voters or the manner in which votes are counted, and lodge protests with election officials.
