I'm not sure what to say. I tried to make nice with Rachel a long time ago and she shot me down....chose the proud route etc. Accused me of not meaning it. Last night she said I wasn't a Christ follower. None of what she says to me really means all that much. I've learned to not believe people who try to tear others down.

I understand, but would you agree with what I said In my post?:)
I'll chime in. Rachel comes in here lobbing grenades and you wonder why she gets some tossed back. You and her are clearly in the minority in the news forum. I'm sure you could find lots of places if agreement is what you're looking for. Like maybe a ilovehillary/obama forum.

I have been flipping through the last few pages and I think it's fair to say that some of you people owes both Rachel and Seed_Time_Harvest an apology. The way some of you folks are ganging up on people is not very pleasant. Some of you folks should be ashamed of what you have been dishing out here:(.

Be specific.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump switched political party affiliations at least five times since the late ‘80s, according to voting records obtained byThe Smoking Gun.

Mr. Trump, who after years of teasing the idea announced on Tuesday his GOP bid for the White House, may soon have to answer for why he left the party as recently as 2011.

Mr. Trump registered for the first time in New York as a Republican in July 1987, only to dump the GOP more than a decade later for the Independence Party in October 1999, according to the New York City Board of Elections.

In August 2001, the billionaire enrolled as a Democrat. Eight years later, he returned to the Republican Party, The Smoking Gun reported.

After only two years as a registered Republican, Mr. Trump left the party again, and in December 2011 marked a box that indicated, “I do not wish to enroll in a party.”

The man can't pick a party....So who are you really voting for? Not a conservative Republican...for sure....

I don't really like "conservative republicans". All talk no action.

I don't know what new york laws are, but maybe he did it to vote in that parties primary. Virginia doesn't register people by party. We can vote in what ever primary we want but I know many states require you to register a party to vote their primary. I voted in the 2008 democrat primary because stupid me thought obama couldn't win the general so I voted for him. I admit it. It's the only primary I ever voted in.

Dar, Dar, Dar......... You know better than attempting to try to push something like that.

I know you are against Trump, but this tactic is a little silly. I have also changed parties about as often as I buy a new car. Why? Because just like Trump, I am not a Party Robot. I don't give a hoot what party the best man/woman belongs to. I happen to think it is a total and complete fool who votes by "Party." People with any sense vote for the individual running.

He probably still wishes, to this day, that it wasn't necessary to be under the banner of one of the two only truly realistic parties operating in this country.

Trump chose to run as a Republican because no Independent, including him, is ever going to win in the United States. It's just an impossibility. That means he had to run as a Republican or a Democrat.... period. And it is insane to want to be a Dim candidate if you have values and goals totally contradictory to what Dims believe in.
