Putin has just signed the unification treaties turning Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia into Russian territory. Any attack against those regions is now officially an attack against Russia itself. Rumors are that Putin might change very soon the definition of the Ukraine campaign from a special operation to a war.

Putin has decided what he is going to do about the war and whether or not to go nuclear. However, we can't get him to answer questions yet because he has gone into his nuclear bunker. But as soon as he comes out of there we can ask him what his decision is.
