But once they round the mark, once we have the rapture and the Holy Spirit steps aside, then the wind will be at their back. Everything changes, the spinnaker comes out and they can make a straight course. When you are sailing into the wind it is choppy, a battle. But once the wind is at the back of the antichrist it will be a mopping up operation to burn down the apostate churches and to bring the entire world into submission.

The lord is the one who judges that, not me. His letters to the seven churches in Asia describe the various causes of apostasy: leaving your first love, having a false prophet like Balaam or Jezebel who teaches the believers to commit fornication and idolatry, hypocrisy, getting involved in the deep things of Satan, and ultimately a church of Laodicea where the laity does what they want and ignores the word of God.
