Check you facts sir...

NOVEMBER 17, 2018 4:50 AMUPDATED 2 YEARS AGO
As China-U.S. friction rises, their armies hold joint disaster drills
Soldiers from China and the United States wrapped up a week of joint disaster relief drills on Saturday,

This is the 14th time the joint exchange has been held, which last year took place in the United States.

You forgot this part ..... seems you are willing to draw allegiance with some of those worthless souls on occasion when it suits your purpose... her words are liked ...interesting.

"An embryo has no rights. Rights do not pertain to a potential life, only to an actual being.

Abortion is a moral right."

How fine to quote Mr. D. H. Lawrence, a man whose book was banned and supported eugenics.

If I had my way, I would build a lethal chamber as big as the Crystal Palace, with a military band playing softly, and a Cinematograph working brightly; then I’d go out in the back streets and main streets and bring them in, all the sick, the halt, and the maimed; I would lead them gently, and they would smile me a weary thanks; and the band would softly bubble out the ‘Hallelujah Chorus’.
Lady Chatterley's Lover

Liberty was for the superior in his view, the others could be disposed.....interesting almost reads like Auschwitz

The questions before the SCOTUS are quite simple really:

1) Can these rogue states create and/or break any election laws they choose (resulting in massive
election fraud) using any excuse available (the mere inconvenience of COVID)?
2) should the other law abiding States suffer as victims to wanton or irreverant law-breaking?

There are tons contract laws on the books and precident to draw upon.

So what will they do? Let the malefactors continue on their merry way and steal an election?

IOWA — Governor Kim Reynolds is denying Attorney General Tom Miller’s request to file a brief opposing a lawsuit that seeks to invalidate the general election results in four states...where President Trump and the Republican Party accuse widespread voter fraud occurred. Instead, the Governor says she would have rather Iowa join the lawsuit in support of President Trump and argue to invalidate the votes of millions of Americans that have already lawfully been certified.

No better time in history than now, to address the question?

Having a majority of (5) solid constitutional Justices, Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett to answer the questions

Absolutely the voting times and rules were changed without State Legislature involvement or approval, directly affecting the outcome of the election.

Examples:
1. Extended Reception Time For Ballots, Beyond Nov 3rd 8pm?

2. Curing Votes, Correcting Ballot Names, Addresses, Birth Dates?

3. Signature Verifications?

4. Drop Boxes, Chain Of Custody?

The items above, directly relate to the constitutional law below, Times, Places, Manner?

The Texas Filing Is Solid, All The States In Question, Circumvented The Legislative Process

US Constitution Article 1. Section. 4.

The Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each State by the Legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by Law make or alter such Regulations, except as to the Places of chusing Senators.
The Congress shall assemble at least once in every Year, and such Meeting shall be on the first Monday in December, unless they shall by Law appoint a different Day.

what's your view on state's rights, cv5?

should California be allowed to throw out Texas, Florida, Ohio & North Carolina's election results on some basis that the legislative bodies & courts of Texas, Florida, Ohio & North Carolina have already looked at and dismissed?

is that what the SCOTUS is for? to let one state determine how 26 other states hold their elections, despite what those states themselves have already decided through due process?

Your claims are biased and (False)

Due Process Is In The US Supreme Court Presently, Its Not Defined By Your Liberal Bias In False Claims.

The States In Question Violated The US Constitution, That Has A Direct Effect On All States, Concerning The Elected President

All The States In Question
why isn't Texas trying to overthrow all the other states - because almost every state in the union ((including Texas)) made changes to their electoral processes in order to make voting more accessible in the middle of a pandemic - instead of *only* a couple that didn't vote R?

why is Texas only trying to overthrow these 4 states rights?

https://www.governor.pa.gov/newsroo...ion-reform-bill-including-new-mail-in-voting/

PA's legislature changed their own election laws in 2019 ↑

nobody wanted to sue them until Trump lost. that's why the PA courts threw out the suits about it. that's why the SCOTUS upheld the PA court decisions, refusing to even hear the matter.
Pennsylvania had many changes not mentioned in the bill, ballot curing,
Judge Alito Asked Pennsylvania to set aside ballots received after Nov 3rd 8pm, the changing of times was not in the legislation passed in Pennsylvania

Just two mentions of constitutional violations, not passed by the State Legislators

To break constitutional law isnt a States right, it's breaking the law

Texas is challenging the four States because of criminal election fraud, violations of constitutional laws are just one aspect, you act as if your unaware of this fraud?

Your fully aware and remain silent, knowing well, the gross criminal fraud that took place in Pennsylvania
