As an engineer I don't like surprises. I prevent surprises. I would have wrecked this gang of insurrectionists a long time ago. I would've had US Marshals on the ground policing the polling stations in the swing state problem counties. I would've shown these fools who's the boss and what justice really means. So far no arrests of the scumbag poll worker traitors. If I were in charge they would be spilling their guts right now in custody. Puking out solid hard evidence that could be used to prosecute the rest of the criminal element involved.

If there are no arrests (including political operatives and international terrorists) after this ridiculous debacle is over I am going to walk away from all of it and say goodbye. Me and my wife will leave the country and live on a quiet farm in the tropics. And let the Western world burn.

Your scenario of dominating Federal control in Instituting the Insurrection Act and federal poll policing would be infringement on the separation of State/Federal powers

Unfortunately it's my opinion the criminal fraud had to play out, the evidence of this has been gathered, and actions I believe will take place

You cant have a crime, before the crime takes place, to move in your described response is putting the cart before the horse in my opinion

Supposedly AG Barr stepping down allows him to testify in court. You cannot be both a prosecutor in a witness at the same time. We will see.

A federal emergency is a federal emergency and requires drastic action. There is every reason to believe that there are belligerent enemy nations involved in this election fraud. And various other domestic enemy entities. We are in a state of war (we were in a state of emergency since 2018). As I am quite sure Miller and Ratcliffe can appreciate and understand.

Pence had better hold the line. I would suggest Martial Law sooner rather than later. I can guarantee you Guantánamo would loosen everyone's tongue sooner or later. It is essential that you get these people to spill their guts and turn states evidence. Absolutely essential.

Pretty sure the constitution says the electoral college votes and also that the judiciary decides disputes. You want to say that goes out the window and the vp decides.

Well I don't agree with your assessment but yes I want Biden and Harris which is why I voted for them. That's how democracy works. My vote counts as much as yours. I consider trump to be working hand in hand with the mob and he got to be president regardless. The only way to remove a president is through impeachment or the vote. The court system has not nullified the vote so it stands. Vps don't get to decide. The electoral college decides and disputes are decided by the courts not the vp nor the opinions of the president.

You gotta give them enough rope to hang themselves, Jan 6th is the roll call

Your suggestion is totalitarian, no rope in evidence

The end result is the same, why exclude the additional rope, a political move to support the outcome
