Ummm no.
Define communist
The 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto, by Karl Marx 1848. If a nation has, or is on its way, to implementation of these, it is Communist in my book.
1.
Abolition of private property and the application of all rent to public purpose. Land taxes, council taxes, poll taxes etc. Most Western nations, including the US.
2.
A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. All Western nations, including the US.
3.
Abolition of all rights of inheritance. Many Western nations are moving in this direction. It's not totally gone yet, but many countries (e.g. UK) have significant "death taxes", preventing transfer of inheritance.
4.
Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. Many nations have this in place for certain outlaw groups. It is being introduced for Christians (e.g. cases in recent years in the US, where Christians wouldn't bake cakes for sodomites etc.) Certainly with COVID, people across the world are having their property confiscated for rejection of illegally introduced laws (e.g. Covid-19 masks, vaccines, travel).
5.
Centralization of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly. Most countries have this.
6.
Centralization of the means of communication and transportation in the hands of the State. Fake news, anyone? Major election fraud in the US, and only mocked in the MSN. Prevention of travel except by government exemption due to the China virus excuse? It's worldwide.
7.
Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the State, the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. Environmental laws. They're in place across the world. Preventing people using their own land in the ways they deem fit.
8.
Equal liability of all to labor. Establishment of Industrial armies, especially for agriculture. Discrimination against the traditional family via taxation - forcing mothers to work, and rely on the childcare of the state.
9.
Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the population over the country. This may take longer to notice, but it's being worked on across many so-called Western nations.
10.
Free education for all children in government schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc. etc. This is in place across the world, with discrimination against Christian schools, homeschooling, etc.
