Just a poem I wrote Titled:
Falling From God
--------------------------------------------------------------
Broken a man came
His head filled with shame
He wished he could go back
To the day when he met God in that shack
His life was changed
He and God exchanged
Words everyday
To end all his dismay
Everything went right
He wasn't stuck tight
But life stopped so sudden
He lost his friend Rudden
He became a monster
And felt as if his faith was of an imposter
Everything seemed so dark
The devil had left his mark
His heart had the roots
Of hate, anger, pain, and false truths
Oh how he wished
And how he fished
To pull it out
To let the words come out of his mouth
To call his Hero
Because he felt like a zero
Yet he couldn't get the words
And the roots became swords
Growing his shame
And he couldn't call God's name
Then one day
He remembered the holy ray
That shone
From God's throne
The relationship he had
It made him oh so sad
He wanted it again
But when
He asked
Could he strip the masked
Strip parts of his heart
And start from the very start
So he read a book
It was the best place to look
The word of God
And he was awed
To learn
That he still had a turn
That he had a chance
So he took his stance
And with the last of his strength
He said what he meant
He told him about his story
And God told him not to worry
God told him that things won't ever be easy
But he'll always be there through even the most breezy
He will always be holding you
And that is so true
So the man found his faith
It was never too late
He sinned everyday
Yet God was there to stay
He made mistakes
Yet there were no quakes
From the anger of God
And he went back to the sod
He died as dust
But his soul didn't rust
He went to the sky
And told the devil Goodbye
The suffering was left on the earth
Stuck in his body's shirtIt couldn't follow
And the guy lived till tomorrow
And forever
And he learned that there is no never
When it comes to God's forgiveness and eternal love
