Hope 🙏

She spoke compassionless words which she covered in sugar to mask their bitter taste
She saw the child in pain but could care less
Procedures first
Money first
She would not give a drink to one who thirst
The sun shines on the wicked and the righteous
My fight is not with flesh and blood
I feel defeated
And cry to my Father above lest I disobey Him
I ask for strength
I ask for my tongue to be silenced
And then I ask for nothing
It is His will that matters
Not my needs
Not my pain
I speak with truth but it comes out so bold it seems like a attitude of one who wishes to fight
But truth be told my spirit cries to God
I stay still and praise Him
and the closer I get to Him
The further away the world becomes
I can not depend on others in any way unless I had a bank of money to throw their way
But its ok
GOD has blessed me and offered me salvation and the understanding that im His creation
So nothing else matters
They can make me cry out to Abba
They can deny my children healthcare
They can deny us money
They can leave us homeless
But they can NEVER take away the relationship and fellowship I have with God.
In my heartbreak and sorrow I am NOT hopeless
