What he sees

From what it should be
By the sanctifying and renewing
He replaces your mind
With the thoughts of something higher
Something of his kind
You are made in the image
Of the God your creator
Yet you look as if you
See nothing of your savior
You can't declare
That he is so good
And yet treat yourself
As the world would
From the moment you declare
That you accept his grace
Worldly things have no hold
The have no place
Not the words of others
Or declarations of false truths
Not the circumstances that surround you
Or the enemy's noose
Nothing can stop you
Or take away
For the God given victory
Is here everyday
