the broken hearted
the lost..this is what they call us
us who dont fit it, who break the mold
who wander life
who talk the talk and walk the walk
the damned
we who triumph over heartache
we who know hurt
the neglected,beaten, lost
the rest do not understand
what they do not know
for its we who know the price
of love denied
so i say
if we are damned then let us be
because those who suffer here on earth
are rewarded greatly from above
I wrote this when I was about 16 entering into therapy to overcome the trials of my testimony. and please dont take it. it is my work and it took a lot for me to write it the first time let alone post it I only did so because I think it might help someone else. thanks for reading please feel free to correct or critique, I love to write and like it to be perfect <3
