Hi all.
Know I haven't been around much in a while, but I need prayers.

I am currently out of state and therefore nowhere near my hospital that knows how to treat me correctly from my meds with my kidney issues.
Ive been in the hospital 6 days now, and best case scenario 3-4 more. They found pneumonia in my left lung. For a bit they were suspecting other things as well, and on some of those we're still waiting for results.
I've had a lot of diarrea and was extremely dehydrated when I came in. I've basically been on IV bags 24/7 to prevent it again.
Also I'm out of place on my arms to draw blood which means back of the hands, which 99% of the time is Very painful. Add being needle-phobic to that.

Even worse about three months ago my leg started bothering me. One doctor suggested (not confirmed) arthritis. So I can't lay in the beds here, only in a visitors chair that does not recline back. Because of this I barely sleep. Or move around much.
Due to all of this my kidney function is worsening. And now they've cut back on one of my rejection meds on top of it.

After all all this is done I will have to drive the 11-12 hour drive home alone. But not before going back to the house where I initially got sick and take a day or two to rest. And since our relation is over, it will be that much more fun.

Also a week ago I was informed by my father that my Medicare goes out on December 31.

Earlier my eye was bothering me. Started up again. Nurse says its really red. She flushed it out with saline. But won't contact a doctor unless it gets bad.

So please pray as there is so much going wrong it's getting overwhelming.

Praying for you, Ugly. Praying for complete healing. Lord, by Your stripes we are healed. Lord, sicknesses and diseases are not from You. You have come to give us life and life abundantly. Lord, in Jesus' Name we believe Your power is greater than what Ugly is going through right now. Thank You that there is nothing too great for Your healing power. Lord, Jesus I pray for Ugly's complete healing, rid of all pain he's going through. I pray for Your comfort during these times, I pray for Your peace to reign in His life. And Father, You are our provider, we pray that You will supply all His needs. We lift up our brother in Your Hands, oh Lord. In Jesus' Name, amen.

Praying for you Ugly! Have no worries on the Medicare being lost, it's just their way of forcing ObamaCare on the younger ones and you are automatically approved. Rest up!!!

Ugly,

I don't know if this will help at all, but when I was looking for medical coverage options at the start of ObamaCare, I went to the government health site and they had a search option for local agencies that can help you with the enrollment for the government plans.

I found a small medical office not far from where I live with a wonderful outreach specialist. I had tried to fill out all the forms myself but gave up after about an hour and a half; she had it all done in about 20 minutes, and this was when open enrollment first started (and the site was complete chaos.)

Maybe you can find someone like this who can help you as well? I would recommend this for anyone looking into any kind of state or government healthcare. I've met with this woman several times and she's made everything so much easier!

Praying for knowledgeable doctors for your specific needs and a full, speedy recovery.

Most definitely! :) The woman I found was truly a God send--she was so helpful because she was familiar with all the forms and processes, and she had access to faster links and shortcuts through all the paperwork.

Now, if for some reason the government site doesn't give you the name of a physical location to go to for help, Google the community health centers in your area and see what they have to offer, as well as your state health department.

Ask if they have outreach specialists and if you can make an appointment with one. It might be different for you but they will probably ask for your ID, proof of income (pay stubs from the past several months) and/or tax info (I'm also sure they work with many people who are unable to work due to health issues, if that's the situation you're facing), and proof of where you live (I just had to get someone--anyone--a neighbor, relative, friend, etc. to write a letter stating that I actually live where I claim to.)

Best wishes to you and keep us posted.

A small update.
The pink eye is related to the pneumonia I guess. So it hasn't gotten bad.
While my pneumonia was viral they have now found bacteria growing in it as well.

One of my symptoms has been episodes of severe shakes/shivers and teeth chattering. Even though it's not about being cold I find being covered under multiple blankets can stop the actual shakes, but not the root cause. So about 20 minutes wrapped up before the shakes die down. If any covered part of my body gets exposed it's another 20 minutes of shakes till they stop again. This needs about an hour and half before I can ever try bringing a hand out. I've had this issue every day for 10 days maybe. But fortunately yesterday was the first day without one.

Thanks for all prayers and comments. Please keep them up.

Also please pray for my ex, as she is having a lot of serious problems going on as well.
