Yeah I actually just realized it lol, I never knew how Japanese honorifics work
I understand I've forgot a little bit I may need to brush up but in a lot of manga published in the early 2000's they had a whole page (mostly ones published by Del-Rey) of honorifics and what they mean. Dono for example would be like the highest regard like lord. Sempai would be an older or senior. Sensei literally means one who came before so it would be like a teacher.
