Yes.. I slipped and fell on ice in 2014, and got sciatica in my left leg. I lost alot of strength in that leg, and also my left leg is longer than the right one, so that adds to the difficulty.
I do exercises twice a day, gives me a good workout.
And it really helps my leg, especially when I have to up stairs.. And it helps tone my booty too, so that's good.. lol
