I believe there is not need to have people with authority above others inside the church...
I also believe in individual property and disbelive in the "collective", such as those involved in marriage or "social" property, unless those are really involved in getting it and taking care of those assets bought.

Charity is an unilateral gift and it can be mandatory, unless individual feel pushed, like those who sold their things in Acts and lied the Apostles on saying the sold it at less money (That stuff was theirs and lied for nothing).
