My daughter, who is in highschool, sits next to a boy who props his foot on his knee and flops his shoe off and on his heel absentmindedly while he's working. It annoys the mess out of my daughter. One day several months into the school year she suddenly reached over, ripped his shoe off and threw it across the room. Immediately another boy ran over and kicked it. All of the students clapped. The poor kid had no idea what was going on. -_-

I bite my lip. I don't know why, but this drives my mom crazy.
I'm really really bad with details. Inevitably I always leave out something important i was supposed to tell someone or remember to do.
Wherever i feel like putting something at the time is where it goes, and if i don't feel like putting it anywhere and the trash can is closer it goes in there.

I twirl my hair when it's curly. It's just so fun and bouncy.
I imitate sounds that I hear: Beeps, dings, animal noises, what have you. I'm fairly good at it.
When I was in college, I would doodle on my notes. I'm sure the pen-against-paper scratching sound was somewhat annoying.
I can be very sarcastic, especially around certain friends, and to those who don't like sarcasm or don't know me well, I probably do come off as annoying.
I laugh too much.
