uhmmm there are differences between your President and our PM......but they both lead their nations so in that they are the same.......
we vote max. every 3 years.....a PM can decide to hold an election before his 3 years is up if he wants......if the polls look good and there's a majority swing his way, an earlier election may just work in his favour.....
