Dope? Haven't heard that one in years. Interesting to know it's still being used somewhere. Do y'all still use phat and stupid? (Not stupid stupid, cool stupid.)

And if you like Shachah, try Level 3:16. And MOC: Jersey Chica. And Building 429. Hmmm... Maybe Aurora, but it's not quite the same. Definitely try Jeremy Camp though. And Kutless - not the current Kutless, the first albums. Modern Kutless is tame, old Kutless is rockin. And defintely try Cory Lamb. Tony Vincent is good too, though a bit milder.

And here's that Gateway College Choir I was talking about.

Physically I'm from Tennessee. Emotionally I'm from the 1950's I think... I always was an old soul compared to my peers. Musically I'm from all over - I visit thrift stores, pawn shops and used book stores, wipe out all the christian music they have, take it home and sort out what I like. (At those prices if I like one CD out of ten I still come out ahead.) I give the ones I don't like to a local thrift store, and I never go to that store for music because they have all the ones I didn't like.

Here's a thought. Do what you will with it.

Instead of expecting people to participate in a thread that doesn't really have any direction, perhaps consider joining the other discussions that are on process. We are here to fellowship and share our insights and experiences as God directs us...why not look at any of the threads on the front page and add your own thoughts and questions? That's really how people are going to get to know you in this forum. It's also how you will get to know others.

Just a thought.
Always the encouraging optimist......

Anybody: Could you share some advice/ways that you adjust to each new year? What's the approach for 2015?
My approach is to just live through it being as how many family members from the gene pool of my family did not even make it to 60. But with God I hope to continue to grow in spiritual matters and build the relationship so we become closer and I hear His voice clearer and obey the prompts He will give me.

Anybody else here just love to sing?
Love to sing and have been singing all my life that I can remember. Looking for people to sing with now in fact.

I have known many cats in my life. None of them smelled. Even when we fed them tuna, they still didn't have bad breath.

Now the dog I have.... he stinks! But he's an outdoor dog - if I gave him a bath he'd freeze.
