For the same reason we leave the house and go to the grocery store or garden to get food, even though we pray for, and trust God to give us our daily bread. :p

Our salvation rests 100% on Jesus. He does all the lifting on that.
But on other things we do need to put forth some effort.
Yes put the effort yourself according to God's will and God's trust and through God's right answers. So yes I agree with you there. We do need to put some effort ourselves. But not on our own accord, if it's the will of God you trust in him, then he is not going to do everything, we need to put some effort in too, but under his wing, under his will, under his true calling and under his trust. I rather trust and wait how ever long it takes for God to say right richie its time. Than pay for a robot to make choices for me. But that's me.

Funny thing is I have been receiving emails from Christian Mingle daily for the past few days even though I never signed up for such sites. I prefer the lord to lead me to someone rather than me join a dating website.

I don't trust anything, not even myself.

I still have to figure out how to attract the kind of women I'm attracted to, and not attract the kind of women I'm not attracted to.

My conclusion is be me. Like exponentially so, and it will work itself out.

Definitely more so in real life than on the internet.

In real life I'm witty, gregarious, charming, spontaneous, annoying, outgoing, improvisational, and a little bit obnoxious.

On the internet I come across as, I'm stoic, rational, nitpicky, angry, divisive, and a bit too serious. But honestly, that is what the internet values. People value opinions that come from doing due diligence.

Don't get me wrong, I value competence in person too but, I would rather have someone creative and playful, than someone bland and chalked full of trivia.

Change it to woman (singular) and you just may have somethin' there ;)
(Lol Just pickin' at ya dude we know what ya meant, plus trying to help a brother to make a point from accidentally wording it in plural on when you make your Eharmony profile)
