I love to see children and families blessed by God's creatures.

This one plays basketball
.
Mom bought me one of these that was a mix with a German Shepherd.
It was crazy smart. It'd would probably score high on the SAT and get accepted to most universities. It would definitely
vote republican if registered by a democrat election clerk. He was smarter than any democrat you'd meet.
Heh, I saw that one before... truth be told, when you post those links, I often get caught up in watching many many many many many in a row sometimes LOL. And now I have a serious question to ask you, because for the last little while, and it could be a year or more, as I totally lose track of time any more... so let's just say, for some time now, I have been watching videos of animals asking humans for help, animals that you would not normally think would be the type to turn to a human for help, and when they get some human's attention, they lead them to some place sometimes fairly far away, to where another of their kind, whether a mate or their progeny or just another of their kind, or even a different species, what have you, are in deep trouble and will die without help... and the human of course rescues this other animal... Sometimes a human comes across an animal in distress without the aid of another animal, and after rescuing this animal, it returns again and again to the person's house to show gratitude and appreciation and even love, and these videos touch and break my heart in the most wonderful of ways, to see such love and caring between species, but my question to you is... is this a relatively new thing? Or is this just something we can all be more aware of now due to the prevalence of phones and social media platforms like youtube?

I've watched nature shows and videos since Jack Hannah got started at the Columbus Zoo and Dr Joel Wallach worked for Marlin Perkins of Wild Kingdom. The quality has increased with technology. The opportunity for the average person who has a pro grade camera available has skyrocketed. It used to cost a fortune and you'd have to hire a camera man/ crew and support to get the good TV worthy quality.

I think you are right that it's that so many are able to record these touching behaviors animals have. Of course there's a lot of AI clickbait that splices a bunch of unrelated short vids together. There's ways to tell. The ones you are talking about with the same person recording the animal acting like an old episode of Lassie, Timmy fell into the well are, well.... really touching.

Heh, I am not sure about Lassie and Timmy... but one of the last series I was scrolling through showed a deer swimming behind a boat, and then it led the humans a mile away to a stag caught in a mud hole... like, deeply entrenched and unable to get out of that mud hole. I have seen quite a few with deer, and they for sure can be very sweet animals, but I am also including animals like bears and moose and other ones that would normally give a very wide berth to humans. Foxes and others. Marine life, too, even sharks asking for help. So so many. That deer one I just saw ... my goodness. Dog rescue videos are some of my faves and have been for many years. They are such amazing animals.

Post them here.

This thread doesn't get much attention for some reason, but I like them.
One of the reasons that I started the thread was so we would have an archive of God's glory through His creation.

Yea, Timmy and Lassie were scripts, but I mean real life dog saves child or man saves moose.

There are really wholesome videos of animals and people interactions.
I post a lot of news and current events, so it's nice to take a break and have happy animal videos to relax with.

Considering how decidedly destructive men can be as one of the biggest threats to
the environment and other life forms that share this planet, it does amaze me the
lengths some go to help hapless creatures caught in some potentially dangerous snare:
