When I think of the phrase "perfect mate" I dont think about someone who is perfect. First of all there is no such thing. And a person who is a perfectionist is usually judgemental of themselves and others.
What I do equate to a "perfect mate" is someone who is just right for me. So while I am waiting for God's perfect mate for me I know I am going to be his perfect mate too. Not that I am perfect for him already but God is working the kinks out so tha we will be "perfect" for each other when we finally do meet or realize we are supposed to be together.
