Most men, when given attention by a woman, they usually assumed that a woman has a special feeling for them. Is that true? Or both assumed? Is it impossible for opposite sex to become friends? Even one of them get married?

1 Timothy 5:1-2New Living Translation (NLT)

Advice about Widows, Elders, and Slaves

5 Never speak harshly to an older man,[a] but appeal to him respectfully as you would to your own father. Talk to younger men as you would to your own brothers. 2 Treat older women as you would your mother, and treat younger women with all purity as you would your own sisters.

No, it's not impossible. Improbable...and somewhat uncommon...but certainly not impossible by any means. I also realize this is a bit of a 'troll' moment, but I couldn't resist:

Ah...lol. Sorry, I don't necessarily believe this, but I do see places where it holds true. Classic movie, btw...

I don't have any close male friends outside of my Husband anymore. I used to be very close to one guy when I was younger, but he's gay so there wasn't any relationship there other than a close friendship. Still a good friend but he lives in another city so I don't see him often.

I learned my lesson about male friends after I was married. I had a friend I met on line and shared a lot with him. He ended up falling for me and I was stupidly blind to what was going on. I won't do that again.
